Making Small Positive Changes
So much negativity surrounds the idea of weight loss and/or diet. Sometimes it can be overwhelming to where you feel like you can’t even live your life normally. Every special occasion revolves around food, and most social events. Instead of focusing on what you can’t do, start focusing on what you can do. Also, try making positive changes versus getting rid of bad habits. Instead of “no eating any desserts” say, I will drink 8 glasses of water and eat five fruit/vegetable servings, I will take a walk, and so on. Incorporating positive, healthy changes will help weed some of the negative ones out. Changing to a positive mindset will make a huge difference in your outcome.
